MOT Tester

We are currently looking for a full time experienced, qualified Class 4 MOT Tester for our busy St Albans dealership (Monday to Friday and 4 hours Saturday morning). Answering to the Aftersales Manager, the successful candidate will be able to deliver, on average, 10 MOTs daily and 4 on Saturday morning. In addition you will be responsible for ensuring all supporting MOT administration is up to date and compliant.

As part of a busy workshop team you may be asked and expected to carry out additional duties to support the workshop technicians if the buiness dictates.

Sales Executive

Brayley Honda is planning to expand into another dealership in the early spring, and would like to talk to you if you are already experienced or looking for a career in vehicle sales.

If you have the motivation and drive to succeed and main dealer experience with a proven track record, Brayleys Cars Limited would like to hear from you. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for selling our new and used vehicles and accessories, and establishing need for Finance and Insurance.

Full training through Honda UK and the Honda Virtual Institute will be given.

Service Call Centre Advisor

Brayleys Cars is relocating its Service Call Centre to our Enfield dealership and is looking for Service Call Centre Advisors. If you have a professional telephone manner and would be able to advise and upsell products and services during inbound and outbound customer calls to reach targets then we would be interested in talking to you. Previous call centre experience would be beneficial but not essential as the emphasis will be on providing outstanding customer service and full training will be given. Responsible for booking in cars for services and filling workshop hours, arranging collection and delivery and courtesy car services this position reports the Call Centre Manager.

Trainee Vehicle Sales Administrator

At Brayleys Cars we are looking for a new full time trainee Vehicle Sales Administrator. Based at either St Albans, Harpenden or Enfield the successful applicant will be computer literate, keen to learn and be able to work effectively as part of a busy team.

Answering to the Group Accountant and offering support to the sales, service and accounts teams, this position will involve all aspects of vehicle sales administration including first registrations (AFRL), invoicing, taxing and registering used cars, cherished plates and funding. Full training will be given, and this position would suit somebody wanting to learn new skills or who comes from an admin or office based background.

Meet the team

Sailesh Popat

Recently promoted to Group Aftersales Manager, Sailesh joined Brayley Honda at Enfield in 2009 as Aftersales Manager with an impeccable pedigree and over 20 years in the motor industry.

After qualifying as a technician, he worked hard to achieve Master Technician status, of which, at the time, there were only 13 in Europe.

He used his knowledge and skills to  become Workshop Controller and quickly progressed to Service Manager. His technical skills ensure that aftersales at Enfield and our other Honda dealerships run efficiently and that he can deal with customers and technicians with complete confidence.
