Special commendations for Brayley Honda at 2011 Motor Trader Awards

Customer care and major improvement earns dealer group national recognition

Singled out from over 5,000 franchised motor dealerships across the country which were eligible to enter, Brayley Honda has achieved two Highly Commended accolades at the UK’s annual Motor Trader Magazine Awards.

The event was hosted by BBC TV’s Formula One presenter, Jake Humphrey, at the Grosvenor Hotel in London, attended by over 1,000 executives from the UK automotive retail industry.

Based on the consistently high performance of the company’s Grays dealership in the Honda UK manufacturer rankings, as well as a raft of customer testimonials, Brayley Honda Grays was awarded ‘Highly Commended’ in the Customer Care category.

For its significant progress in a challenging economic climate, Brayley Honda Enfield was recognised with ‘Highly Commended’ in the Most Improved Dealership category.

With a philosophy based on customers being treated “as a guest in our home”, Brayley Honda Grays is currently Honda UK’s best performing dealership in the South England region for customer satisfaction.  The dealership is currently ranked 3rd overall across the manufacturer’s national network, which totals almost 200 sites.

Commenting on achieving this national recognition, Paul Brayley, Managing Director, Brayley Honda said:

“To receive two Highly Commended awards means a lot as it reflects the efforts made by everyone in the team to always deliver on the promises we make to our customers. It’s great to receive praise from industry peers as well as our customers and I’m very proud of the staff at Brayley Honda. Recognition like this makes us even more determined to further improve wherever we can.”
